Yes, we provide premium White-Glove Delivery for all large furniture items. This includes professional transport, room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for luxury items?
We accept returns on non-custom, stock items within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that custom-made or 'Special Order' items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How can I ensure a piece will fit in my space?
We provide detailed tear sheets with dimensions for every product. We highly recommend measuring your entryways, hallways, and elevators before ordering to ensure a seamless delivery process.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Grayson Luxury products carry a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. Many of our high-end brands offer extended warranties on frames and craftsmanship.
